KOA4 label sheets put label printing onto the office printer you already have. The sheet is A4-sized self-adhesive paper, die-cut into a layout of labels, so a standard laser or inkjet printer produces a sheet of peelable labels in one pass.
The two decisions that matter are the printer coating and the layout: how many labels per sheet, and what size each label is.
Laser and inkjet versions
Laser A4 label sheets use a coating that withstands the fuser; inkjet sheets use an absorbent coating for the ink. The versions are not interchangeable, so the sheet must be ordered for the printer that will run it.
Standard layouts
Common die-cut layouts range from a single full-sheet label to 14, 24, 33 or 65 labels per sheet, sized for shipping, address, barcode and product labels. Choosing a layout that matches the label size already in use keeps the workflow unchanged.
Matte or glossy
Matte A4 labels are writable and avoid glare, the practical choice for office and warehouse use. Glossy A4 labels give a coated, colour-rich finish for product labels and marketing pieces.
