Custom Sticker Paper: Printed Stickers to Your Size and Shape

Custom sticker paper is adhesive stock printed and cut to your own design rather than a stock layout. You supply the artwork and the size, and the sticker is produced as sheets or rolls with the finish, adhesive and die-cut shape you choose.

The main decisions are the face stock, the finish and the cut. Those three choices determine how the sticker looks, where it can be used and how it is applied.

Face stock and finish

Glossy paper gives vibrant colour; matte paper is writable and glare-free; vinyl or PP film is waterproof and durable. A gloss or matte lamination over the print adds protection and a more premium feel for product and packaging stickers.

Die-cut shapes

Custom stickers are cut to any outline with a die or digital cutting. Die-cutting suits long runs with a fixed shape; digital cutting suits short runs and shapes that change. The cut and the liner both have to be chosen so the sticker peels easily.

Rolls or sheets

Stickers on rolls feed applicators and labelling machines and are wound on a core. Stickers on sheets are hand-applied and easier to store. The choice depends on volume and how the sticker is applied in your process.

Minimums depend on size, material and whether a die is needed. Standard shapes and materials run more economically; fully custom shapes have a small tooling step.

Can I get a sample before the full run?

Yes. A pre-production sample confirms the material, print and cut before the main run is produced.
