KOSticker sheet maker paper is printable adhesive sheet stock used to produce custom stickers with a cutting machine. It prints on a desktop printer, then the outline is cut by a Cricut, Silhouette or similar plotter, so you get fully custom shapes without ordering die-cut labels.
The stock is sold as blank or lightly patterned sheets. Paper sheets are economical; printable vinyl sheets give waterproof, longer-lasting stickers.
Paper or vinyl
Matte and glossy paper sheets are the affordable option for journal and planner stickers. Printable vinyl sheets are waterproof and tear-resistant, the better choice for water bottles, laptops and outdoor use, and they hold up to repeated handling.
Printing and cutting
The sheet is printed first, then loaded into the cutting machine with registration marks. A smooth, lint-free print is important because the machine reads those marks to align the cut. Glossy surfaces can reflect the sensor, so matte registration or a properly lit machine is used for the most accurate cuts.
Adhesive and finish
Permanent adhesive keeps finished stickers in place; removable adhesive allows repositioning. A clear laminate over the printed sheet adds water resistance and protects the ink on paper stickers that will be handled.
