1. Film Coating

In terms of Film Coating, we provide two main categories of coated materials. For Coated Paper, we offer white and yellow options, with the latter specifically suitable for PEK Paper applications. Our Kraft Paper comes in white as well as light and dark brown variants, which are ideal for food packaging scenarios due to their reliability and safety. This process is efficiently executed by our high-performance Film Coating Machine, ensuring consistent coating quality.

2. Silicon Coating

Regarding Silicon Coating – a core process for our release paper materials – we cover multiple substrates. Glassine Paper is available in white, yellow, blue, and CCK types, perfectly tailored for release paper production. Kraft Paper, in white and light/dark brown, is widely used for baking paper and greaseproof paper, providing excellent anti-stick and oil-resistant properties. We also handle Specialty Paper like parchment and PEK, along with PET Film, all processed through our professional Silicon Coating Machine to guarantee superior release performance.

Our Adhesive Coating Machine is pivotal to the production of self-adhesive master rolls, supporting diverse substrates: paper (semi-gloss, coated, thermal paper, etc.), film (transparent, matte/glossy white, compatible with BOPP, PET, etc.), and specialty substrates (satin fabric, synthetic fabric, etc.), delivering versatile adhesive solutions.

Leveraging specialized coating equipment and stringent quality control, our parent rolls and release liners deliver consistent performance, precise specifications, and strong adaptability. Serving packaging, printing, food processing, and other industries, we efficiently meet both standard and customized requirements with professional expertise.
